ABOUT KATY

Hello!

I’m Katy Leese, a 33 year old freelance makeup artist with over 11 years of experience, based in Workington, Cumbria. My fascination for makeup began at a young age, leading me to earn a First Class Honours degree in Makeup Artistry and Special Effects in 2015. After an exciting start in the film and television industry, I was quick to realise that I am a total home bird and wanted to work much closer to home. I then decided to focus all of my attention on the bridal industry where I have applied my well rounded approach to makeup application.

I am honestly blessed to say that I truly love my job and can't imagine doing anything else!
